Managing diabetes is hard work, but your everyday efforts count.
Your efforts will make a big difference in how you feel, and your overall health.
Diabetes affects your whole body.
You have to practice mindfulness everyday.
The goal of these lessons is to help you reduce the risk for heart attack or stroke.
The lessons will also help your kidneys, eyes, ears, and nerves stay healthy.
